Refund Policy

At PymAI (owned by WEBLIFETECH), we want to ensure full satisfaction with our AI agent service. Due to the real-time consumption of credits from AI model inference and associated services, our refund policy is governed by the following conditions.

1. Monthly and Annual Subscriptions

We offer a 14-day refund guarantee from the purchase date of any of our plans (Jab, Uppercut, Knockout), subject to the following consumption rules:

  • A 100% refund applies if your account's accumulated conversation credit consumption is less than 10% of the monthly credits included in your contracted plan.
  • If you have consumed more than 10% of your monthly credits within the 14-day period, no full refunds will be applied due to the costs already incurred for AI API processing.

2. Credit Top-up Packages

Additional conversation credit top-up packages are non-refundable once consumption has started. If you purchased a top-up package by error and have not consumed any credits from it, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

3. Refund Processing (PayPal)

All our payments and subscriptions are managed securely through PayPal.

Once a refund request is approved, it will be processed automatically through PayPal and funds will be returned to your original payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal account) within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation and refund of your subscription, please contact our support team at support@weblifetech.com, including:

  • The email address associated with your PymAI account.
  • The transaction ID or PayPal subscription ID.
  • A brief description of why you are requesting a refund (this helps us improve our product).
